Overview

To control the flow of materials between the warehouse and production ensuring that accurate records of material movements are maintained

Essential Job Functions

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:                              

  • Prints picklists and hands off to turret truck operator.
  • Verifies material that turret truck operator pulls, ensuring that it is the correct part, lot, and quantity.
  • Moves component from in front of racks to staging area.
  • Makes sure component and/or bulk has release sticker applied and contacts QA if there is none.
  • Delivers material to lines in timely fashion; fills in and initials RIS sheets.
  • Returns finished product from production floor to warehouse. Key FG
  • Counts components at end of job or batch and records on production paperwork. Key components on changes.
  • Enters finished products and components back into inventory from production.
  • Performs tasks in accordance with approved procedures and follows all safety procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

 

Heavy Work: Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time), and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time), and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly (Constantly: activity or condition exists 2/3 or more of the time) to move objects.
