Our Marietta Hospitality business also partners with leading brands to offer custom amenity programs to our hotel and resort customers.



Position Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing the production floor and working closely with other departments to ensure safety, quality and efficient productivity.  This is a third shift position reporting to the Production Supervisor.  



Essential Job Functions



  • Comply with and enforce all company safety policies to ensure accident free facility.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to all production team members to ensure all key metrics are met accurately and timely.
  • Oversee production floor with regard to staffing, problem solving, housekeeping, and employee direction.
  • Perform routine line checks several times daily to ensure efficiency and to check on the progress of machines, batch records, and personnel.
  • Implement and sustain Manufacturing methods, such as 5s, PDCA, Problem Solving, Visual Management, Line Organization and KPI’s (Key Production Indicators).
  • Train employees in proper procedures and ensure compliance.
  • Perform line releases and periodic review of purges, codes, machine log books and production documentation; Ensure compliance standard and authorize bulk entry.
  • Ensure all components and documentation are available and ready for the next job.
  • Interact with other department personnel on the shift to achieve standard shift production targets.
  • Work closely with maintenance personnel to ensure all equipment is running at optimal levels for expected output and product quality.
  • Inspect sanitizations of filling systems and parts prior to use. Checks parts for cleanliness.
  • Responsible and accountable for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Keep work area neat and orderly. Assign appropriate housekeeping duties to team.
  • Follow all company rules.
  • Perform all duties in a safe manner using proper tools and wearing appropriate protective equipment as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.




  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs and able to physically endure work schedule.

  • At least 1 year experience leading people in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must have good leadership skills for directing, instructing and training team members.
  • Must be proficient in math.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to follow both verbal and written instruction.
  • Must be able to identify personnel and line performance issues.
