The Warehouse Order Selector is within our automotive division and is located in Freehold, NJ. This is a 3rd shift position 11:30pm - 7:30am. 

Essential Job Functions


  • Works independently to build, pick and pack correct product based on daily orders in an accurate, productive, safe and professional manner
  • Validates the product picked was damage free
  • Shrink wraps products to pallets
  • Stages and labels, orders correctly for delivery
  • Operates RF scan gun to make sure the proper product is picked for an order
  • Ability to operate a forklift and move finish goods from one place to another
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment
  • Supports removal of finish good products from the production line and puts product away as needed
  • Willing to assist warehouse Manager and Leads with other duties as assigned 



  • Able to visually concentrate and listen intensely for extended periods of time.
  • Able to stand, sit, lift, bend, crouch, reach and climb consistently for twelve hours.
  • Able to grasp and manipulate a variety of packaging sizes
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
  • Must be able to work in accordance with Health and Safety and GMP regulations.
  • Ability to use an RF scan gun
  • Must be able to lift 60lbs. from floor to shoulder level
  • Must be able to work overtime where necessary.
  • Minimum of 1 year forklift experience
  • Minimum of 1 year order picking experience preferred



  • Working in non-temperature controlled environment
  • Possibility of working around high noise levels, depending on location.
  • Constant interaction with a variety of chemicals and chemical products.
